With a remarkable career spanning 25 years in the field of nursing, Sonia is a dedicated healthcare professional who brings a wealth of experience gained from diverse healthcare systems - India, England and Australia. 

Sonia's journey in nursing has taken her to some of the most renowned institutions in the world, including one of NSW’s largest specialized surgical centres for newborns. Her commitment to the care and well-being of the most vulnerable in our society has been the driving force behind her outstanding career. She exemplifies the values of patient-centred care and professionalism. 

Daphne and Sonia’s vast nursing experience allows them to understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare facilities. Thus, their mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and nursing talent, ultimately enhancing the quality of care for the most vulnerable members of our community.
